Property approached from the main road by a single track gravelled road of approximately 250 yards. Car parking for 3 cars on the gravel in front of the property. Main entrance door reached by 12, 9 inch high steps. Alternative entrance via paved path on gentle incline with 1 step into the back door, front door or patio doors. Kitchen has extensive worktops and a low level oven. Well lit sitting room (natural and artificial lighting). TV with teletext operated by remote control. Garden is made up of a large paved area. There is also a large veranda with decking floor. External lighting system to front and rear of property automatically activated at dusk.
